Tempe returned to Zimbabwe in 2013. On this trip she visited the senior schools that our eldest beneficiaries had matriculated to.

Located in Mashonaland East on an old tobacco farm, here the students get access to qualified teachers, fresh running water, 3 meals a day, a bed and electricity. Relieving the conditions of poverty they are faced with at home enables them to make the most of their educational opportunities.

She also met the new beneficiaries, Lonica and Tabeth, and caught up with the existing beneficiaries, who were all growing rapidly!

The younger beneficiaries are photographed at the "ZimSEF Library" which is located in Hatcliffe extension. The Library is a space utilised by YASD to provide mentoring and tutoring to our kids as well as to run their own programs from.
